Automotive Parts Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Supervisor to join our client's team in Farnborough. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the automotive or commercial vehicle parts sector, with a focus on stock control and team management. Key responsibilities include managing the parts team, implementing customer follow-up calls, and collaborating with the Service Manager on Vor issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the parts team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Implement customer follow-up calls to enhance after-sales service
- Collaborate with the Service Manager on any Vor issues
- Monitor and chase back orders
- Receive and reconcile stock orders, reporting any discrepancies
- Organize rolling stock takes and report on findings
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the commercial vehicle or automotive parts sector
- Supervisory experience or ability to mentor staff
- Strong knowledge of commercial vehicles and parts
- Computer literacy with Excel skills
- FLT Licence (preferred)
Compensation:
- Competitive salary range: £30k-£35k, plus overtime and bonus
- 25 days' holiday per annum
