Job Title: Business Support Coordinator

Kent County Council is seeking a highly skilled Business Support Coordinator to join our Adult Social Care & Health Business Support Division.

This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the delivery of our frontline services, empowering residents to live their lives as they choose. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advocate for clients and champion adult social care and health, acting as a point of contact, assessing and resolving telephone queries, mailbox monitoring, and production and distribution of correspondence and documentation.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process for new staff and support staff inductions, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration into the team.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including preparing invoices, investigating queries, and ensuring all financial processes are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Data entry into various systems, resolution of queries, and input into development of monitoring processes, providing valuable insights to drive business growth.
