About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team at Fresh Direct. As a key member of our Marketing Function, you will play a crucial role in building a deep understanding of our customers through effective analysis of customer research and internal data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse customer research and internal data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven strategies
  • Provide actionable insights to inform business decisions

About You:

  • Proven experience in a similar position
  • Advanced analytical skills with ability to draw logical and robust key messages from data
  • Excellent numeracy skills and outstanding Microsoft Excel skills
  • Results-focused individual who thrives on challenge and makes things happen with clear focus on key business objectives ensuring delivery against targets

What We Offer:
