Transforming the Energy Landscape as a Compliance and Education Lead

Fuse Energy, a pioneering renewable energy startup, is on a mission to revolutionize the energy industry. We're seeking an exceptional Compliance and Education Lead (Installation) to spearhead the development of our world-class education and training centre.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive programmes that equip our engineers with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. Your expertise will ensure that our training initiatives align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing training strategies that drive compliance and consistency across the organization
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver UK-accredited training courses
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry qualifications, standards, and technologies to inform training content
  • Leading external audits and ensuring compliance with installation regulations

We offer a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including fully expensed tech and 28 days' paid annual leave.

This role requires occasional travel to London and remote delivery of training sessions to team members across the UK. As our organization continues to evolve, you'll have opportunities to upskill and expand your expertise.
