About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Regulatory Policy and Standards to lead our professional standards team at Allen Lane.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for strategic leadership and ownership of all aspects of the regulatory policy framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies that drive organisational excellence and promote continuous improvement.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Cultivate constructive relationships with Authorised Education Training Organisations, driving mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Represent the organisation through speaking engagements, showcasing expertise and building reputation.
  • Multiply deliverable projects, leading stakeholder engagement and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent level of experience.
  • Proven track record in managing complex policy projects, engaging stakeholders, and mitigating risk.
  • Significant experience in leadership, people, and performance management.
  • Well-developed strategic thinking and analytical skills, including data interpretation.
  • Ability to inspire leadership, championing the new team and embedding its work across the organisation.

  • Demonstrable experience in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary for this role is £75,000 - £85,000 per annum. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a dynamic working environment.
