Job Title: Training Director

Job Summary:

The Training Director will lead the development and execution of training curriculum and onboarding processes for sales employees in the division. This role requires a strong understanding of sales issues and the ability to drive performance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Partners with sales leaders to increase key performance indicators (KPIs) at the individual and team level
Develops and implements learning and enablement programs to support sales performance
Collaborates with instructional designers to create innovative solutions for blended learning programs
Measures and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and identifies replicable best practices
Facilitates and delivers live and virtual training sessions as needed
Analyzes the effectiveness of training and delivers modification and coaching as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
At least 3 years' experience working in or supporting sales organizations
Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience preferred
Proven track record in performance improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with needs-based selling methodologies
Strong coaching and mentoring skills
Team-oriented and flexible with a collaborative style
Strong understanding of the business and industry
