We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operational Excellence to join our team at DiverseJobsMatter. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is strategic with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Director of Operational Excellence will be responsible for developing and implementing effective solutions to complex problems, communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and managing diverse and evolving cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to manage unpredictable workloads effectively.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the role:

  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Manage diverse and evolving cross-functional projects
  • Provide operational and strategic support to the Chief Operating Officer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, management, operations)
  • At least 7 years of experience in a senior operational or strategic role
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
