James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Operational Coordinator Manager to join our team. As an Operational Coordinator Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of subcontractor partnerships by managing key performance indicator targets, preparing and analysing data reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet relevant targets and manage expectations.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience working in Social Housing repairs and voids within a similar role, with a strong ability to identify solutions to drive end-to-end process efficiency. This involves closely managing key performance indicator targets, preparing and analysing data reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet relevant targets and manage expectations.

The salary for this position is £35,289 per annum, considering factors such as location, industry standards, and the level of responsibility involved. As a full-time employee, you can expect a 36-hour workweek, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, with up to three days of remote work available under the hybrid working arrangement.

In addition to excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to seize opportunities, we are looking for candidates who have experience managing a team, setting goals, and driving performance improvement. Your strong relationships-building skills and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in this role.
