About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Operative Scheduling Manager to join our team at Build Recruitment. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills and be able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective use of our in-house system to actively schedule available operatives and sub-contractors to jobs
  • Deal with complex repairs, demanding customers, and those who have suffered service failure
  • Ensure that the system is updated in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Experience within housing repairs
  • Understanding and diagnosing repair requests
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with operatives, clients, and suppliers
Salary:

£17 per hour (up to)
