About the Role
NCN Health is seeking a skilled Health Care Worker to join our team in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Health Care Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining the daily care needs of our residents and ensuring their overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including progress notes and medication administration.
Requirements
- Vaccination against Covid-19 is a mandatory requirement.
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- An understanding of the ageing process and a commitment to advocate for older people in residential care.
- Evidence of full immunization against Covid-19.

Mandatory Screening Checks
All appointments at NCN Health are subject to a current Employee Working with Children Check and a National Police Check issued within the last 6 months. Some positions may require a NDIS Worker Screening Clearance. All employees must hold current entitlement to work within Australia.
