As part of our continued growth, we are seeking dedicated Home Care Professionals with an SVQ Level 3 qualification to join our award-winning team.

As a Home Care Professional with Eidyn Care, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' day-to-day needs, ensuring they receive the best possible care in the comfort of their own homes.

Your responsibilities will include personal care, medication administration, and companionship, always delivered with the kindness and professionalism that Eidyn Care is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care and support to clients in their homes, including personal care, medication management, and assistance with daily activities.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of home care professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Conduct assessments and reviews of care plans, ensuring they meet the needs of each client.
  • Take on on-call responsibilities, responding to urgent care needs and emergencies as required.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Home Care Professional
  • Relevant qualifications in health and social care (SVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and handle on-call responsibilities.
  • A compassionate, patient, and caring nature, with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including availability for on-call duties.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.

Working Hours:

37.5 hours per week, with out-of-hours on-call, on a shift rota. You will be able to work between 7am and 10pm and able to work every second weekend.

On-Call Timings:

Weekday – 6am – 8am / 6pm – 10pm

Weekend - 7-10am and 7-10pm

Job Type:

Full-time

Pay:

£13.10-£14.25 per hour

Expected Hours:

No less than 37.5 per week
