Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Care and Support

Conduct Assessments and Reviews

Requirements
  • Proven Experience

Proven experience as a Home Care Assistant.

Relevant Qualifications

Relevant qualifications in health and social care (SVQ Level 3 or equivalent).

Strong Leadership and Communication Skills

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and handle on-call responsibilities.

Compassionate and Caring Nature

A compassionate, patient, and caring nature, with a commitment to providing high-quality care.

Flexibility and Availability

Ability to work flexibly, including availability for on-call duties.

Valid Driver's License

A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.

Working Hours and Schedule

  • Weekend - 7-10am and 7-10pm
