Care Home Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Manor Grange Care Home. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Home Manager and other members of the team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing a welcoming and professional service to prospective residents and team members
- Representing the care home with pride and building strong relationships with the local community
- Overseeing and maintaining our enquiry database, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and readily accessible
- Managing all administrative systems, including residents' agreements, team member contracts, E-Learning modules, and payroll, recruitment, compliance
Requirements:
- Administrative expertise with experience in managing databases and various office systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, team members, and community members
- Leadership skills with the ability to line manage the Receptionist and contribute to the internal management structure
- Strong organizational skills to keep multiple systems and tasks running smoothly and efficiently
Benefits:
- £14.50 per hour (£21,112 per annum)
- Contracted to 28 hours per week
- Over 4 days Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- 09:00AM-16:30PM
