About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Care Professional to join our team at Smileplus Dental Care. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide chair-side support to dentists and hygienists during procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Assist with patient preparation, including taking medical histories and explaining treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, using our internal system to ensure seamless communication between team members.
  • Contribute to the upkeep of our surgery, ensuring it is well-stocked and equipped for each session.
  • Anticipate the needs of our clinicians and patients, ensuring that necessary equipment and lab work are available as required.
  • Monitor and manage surgery stocks, ensuring that we maintain optimal levels to meet patient demand.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, making appointments, and collecting patient charges.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. To be successful in this role, you will need:

To be GDC registered and have a strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures.To have experience working in a dental practice, although this is not essential.To be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of initiative and flexibility.To be committed to ongoing professional development and be eager to learn and adapt to new skills and technologies.
