- Escorting and Support

- Provide support and guidance to customers, promoting their independence and confidence.
- Person-Centered Approach
- Support customers in achieving their individual aspirations and goals.
- Work collaboratively with customers, their families, and other professionals to deliver person-centered care.
- Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer care and support.
- Contribute to the development of care plans and reviews.
Requirements

- Flexibility and Creativity

- Personal Care Experience
- Desirable to have personal care experience, although not essential.

- Flexibility to work within rostered hours and prepared to participate in an on-call rota where required.
