About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Specialist Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Rapid Response Team (RRT) at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. The RRT is a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Social Workers, working together to provide holistic health and social care assessments for individuals in crisis.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work as part of the RRT to meet the needs of patients, ensuring the highest possible standards of practice. This will involve conducting specialist Physiotherapy assessments, providing equipment necessary to maintain clients at home, and participating in multidisciplinary meetings and complex family conferences.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Degree in Physiotherapy, UK HPC Registration, and evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities. You will also require post-registration experience of at least 2 years working in either community health or an acute setting, with complex cases as an autonomous practitioner.
