Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled physiotherapist to provide expert clinical leadership and management to our musculoskeletal team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in MSK outpatients, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and leading a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Leadership: Provide expert clinical leadership to the physiotherapy team, ensuring that a high standard of physiotherapy is provided to patients.
  • Management: Manage a team of physiotherapists, providing guidance and support to ensure that the team is delivering high-quality care.
  • Service Development: Work with the physiotherapy management team to develop and implement new services and initiatives to improve patient care.
  • Education and Training: Provide education and training to physiotherapists within the team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
  • Quality Improvement: Lead quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our services are meeting the highest standards.

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience working in MSK outpatients, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and leading a team.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to patients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge: A good understanding of MSK outpatient clinics, with knowledge of IT and database systems.
