Job Summary
We're looking for a skilled physiotherapist to provide expert clinical leadership and management to our musculoskeletal team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in MSK outpatients, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and leading a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Leadership: Provide expert clinical leadership to the physiotherapy team, ensuring that a high standard of physiotherapy is provided to patients.
- Management: Manage a team of physiotherapists, providing guidance and support to ensure that the team is delivering high-quality care.
- Service Development: Work with the physiotherapy management team to develop and implement new services and initiatives to improve patient care.
- Education and Training: Provide education and training to physiotherapists within the team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
- Quality Improvement: Lead quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our services are meeting the highest standards.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience working in MSK outpatients, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and leading a team.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to patients and colleagues.
- Knowledge: A good understanding of MSK outpatient clinics, with knowledge of IT and database systems.
