Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Physiotherapist to join our Outpatient team at London Bridge Hospital. As an Advanced Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for managing an Oncology outpatient caseload, providing high-quality physiotherapy care to patients across the London Bridge campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full Oncology outpatient caseload, providing comprehensive initial and ongoing assessment for each patient.
  • Plan and implement treatment using SMART goals, working to the highest standard to facilitate evidence-based practice in line with local and national guidelines.
  • Contribute to the management of the department, audit, clinical governance, and maintain personal CPD.
  • Lead with service development initiatives and work as an effective team member of multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Participate in relevant MDT meetings and actively seek opportunities to develop strong communication lines and relationships with our Oncology and Haematology consultants.

Requirements:

  • Physiotherapy Degree Qualification
  • HCPC registration
  • Relevant Post Graduate Training in Oncology
  • Outpatient Experience
  • Relevant post graduate training in Lymphoedema (desirable)
