Orthopaedic Physiotherapist

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Orthopaedic Oncology Team at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide advanced physiotherapeutic assessment and treatment to patients with complex orthopaedic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with diverse or complex presentations, using advanced clinical reasoning skills and manual assessment techniques.
Develop and deliver individualized physiotherapy treatment programs based on sound knowledge of evidence-based treatment options.
Participate in the 7-day therapy service, including on-call and twilight rotas.
Supervise and appraise junior staff members, including Band 5 Physiotherapists and Therapy Technicians.
Contribute to quality improvement and research projects within the team.
Requirements:
Advanced clinical skills in complex orthopaedic surgery and rehabilitation, with a strong track record of job experience and personal development.
