Role Description

At CEVA Logistics, we seek an ambitious HSEQ Business Partner to amplify our organization's commitment to operational excellence and worker well-being.

This challenging position necessitates flexibility with regards to geographical mobility, with ideal candidates living in Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, or Hertfordshire.

You will be responsible for harmonizing HSE requirements and regulations within our vast operation network, communicating directly with key players and building networks that enhance efficiency.

Main Tasks:
  • HSEQ Ambassador: Promote and establish business-standard conformity in various units.
  • Manage updates and evolve overall company policy on HSE policies.
  • Create measurable benchmarks and effectiveness scorecards.
  • Consolidate an ecosystem of industry specialists, internal subject matter experts, and trusted facilitators who collaborate in their shared pursuit of HSE optimization.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in project management and team development.
  • Significant HSEQ implementation background.
  • Steep learning curve capability to immerse yourself within complex organizational landscapes.
Evaluation Process:

A thorough evaluation process awaits, evaluating potential candidates' backgrounds, demonstrating both substance and proof-based contextually described examples during structured meetings, strengthening job-related abilities while zeroing-in deeper into participants.

Based on experience, the compensation shall start from £50000 up to £70000 yearly, dependent upon preexisting aptitude levels.
