About the Role
We're looking for a strong Customer Success Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success Management team, you'll be responsible for growing a world-class team focused on customer retention and satisfaction through Customer Value and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimise and scale the Customer Success machine, with a special focus on HiBob's most strategic accounts.
- Work closely with the Account Management leadership to partner on retention and support expansion.
- Collaborate with the global CS service and ops leaders to achieve company business objectives.
- Lead a team of passionate, bright, and eager professionals to become HR subject matter experts and drive customer success.
