The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a customer-focused mindset. They will be responsible for assisting customers with their sales inquiries, providing product information, and offering solutions to their water softener needs.

The role will involve generating new sales leads and nurturing existing customer relationships. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and target-driven. They will also have the ability to work well in a team and be proficient in using CRM software.

The Sales and Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with their sales inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Providing information about our products and services to customers and explaining their benefits.
  • Identifying customer needs and offering suitable water softener solutions.
  • Generating and qualifying leads for the sales team.
  • Nurturing relationships with existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven work experience in sales, preferably in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Knowledge of water softeners or plumbing industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM software.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
