Customer Service Assistant Role
CVS Group Plc is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic IT skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Customer service experience
Working Hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, and Friday
- 24 hours per week
Location: Combination of working from home and at our office based in Diss. Training would need to be one full week from the Diss office from your start date. These days would be from Monday – Friday.
