Regional Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business growth in the automotive industry.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and achieving targets while ensuring first-class service to all our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Achieving branch sales, margin, and targets.
2. Ensuring first-class service to all our customers.
3. Driving the branch team focusing on great customer service and communication while achieving sales and promotional targets.
4. Managing and controlling branch running costs.
5. Managing stock control, including stock taking and adjustments.
6. Managing cash handling and control of specific customer accounts.
7. Supporting the organization's senior management in implementing and maintaining policies and procedures.
8. Communicating key aims and objectives to the team.
9. Responsibility for the daily running of all aspects of the branch.
10. Responsibility for maintaining health and safety within the depot.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve objectives.
2. Ability to communicate at all levels.
3. Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
4. Experience with using online and Windows-based cataloguing systems.
5. Ability to lead from the front and create a team environment.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Sales-focused with a can-do attitude.
8. Ability to multitask and distinguish between "urgent and important" tasks.
9. Knowledge of the local areas and customer base would be desired (but not essential).
