Sales Performance Coordinator

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Advisor to join our internal sales team at Smurfit Kappa.
As a key member of our team, you will provide a comprehensive front-line service to customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and representing the company positively.
- Process customer orders in a timely manner, adhering to key performance indicators.
- Develop strong professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through service improvement recommendations.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Dealing with customer calls as the first point of contact.
- Processing customer complaints in line with business processes.
- Working proactively with customers to generate leads and enquiries.
- Managing stocks against agreed levels to ensure balance between OTIF levels, Production Capacity, and Aged stock.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a high level of numeracy.
- A passion for customer care, developing good, productive working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Good organisational skills and an understanding of process and procedures throughout other departments.
