About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client workplace, located in the vibrant Southbank area.

This exciting role involves working closely with our Account Director to bring the client partnership to life, delivering top-notch service across various hospitality and retail areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations for business outlets, including Staff Café & Bar, Staff Restaurant, Client Lounge, Internal Meeting Rooms, and other retail and hospitality services.
  • Lead the team to deliver consistent high standards across all services and functions.
  • Build strong connections with internal clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop a hospitality events calendar to host engaging events for clients and staff.
  • Drive revenue growth strategies for retail and hospitality areas.
  • Handle rotas, labour planning, recruitment, budget alignment, payroll submissions, reconciliations, and approvals.
  • Provide leadership and training to ensure the team meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Oversee all hospitality events and meetings, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and increasing revenue.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, equipment safety, and overall service quality, in compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • A strong B&I leader with a passion for hospitality and retail.
  • Extensive experience in high-quality, high-volume staff dining and hospitality services.
  • Highly organised, structured, and methodical with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to drive initiatives and generate new ideas.
  • Financially savvy, with solid experience in budget management and cost control.
