Job Summary:
Orion Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations in the UK and Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Advisory: Provide expert HR advice to our business stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of consistent and credible HR support across all functions.
- Process Management: Manage HR processes, including contract production, data management, reference requests, and organization chart production.
- Invoice Management: Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, and manage POs and PRs in SAP.
- ER Case Management: Support the management of employee relations cases, absence management, and learning & development administration.
- Headcount Process: Support the headcount process, tracking approvals, and raising requisitions in Workday.
- HR Data Analysis: Provide accurate and timely HR data, analysis, and insights to support business decision-making.
- Workday Support: Deliver on Workday queries and requests, and work closely with People Partners and the People Advisor to ensure accuracy of data in Workday.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify, plan, and execute continuous improvement projects to implement efficiencies in processes.
- Data Audits: Manage regular data audits to ensure employee data, systems, and benefit portals are up to date.
- HR Communications: Support with HR communications sent to the business.
- HR Pipeline: Work across the team to ensure HR Pipeline pages related to HR are up to date.
Requirements:
- HR Knowledge: Robust knowledge of applicable HR regulation and standards, as well as company HR policies and practices.
- Technical Skills: Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel, and experienced Workday and SAP user.
- Education: HR Graduate with a number of years HR generalist or specialist experience.
- Relationship Building: Developing a strong contextual understanding of the business and using this to develop people solutions to business challenges and risks.
