About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Health and Social Care Leader to join our team at Lifeways Group.
The successful candidate will have experience working with adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, mental health issues, and challenging behavior.
Key responsibilities include leading support workers, recruiting and developing staff, and ensuring excellent care and support is delivered.
