Contact Centre Business Performance Lead

We are seeking a talented Contact Centre Business Performance Lead to join our team at Teleperformance International. As a Business Performance Lead, you will play a key role in driving business results and improving overall performance across our contact centre operations.
Key responsibilities will include evaluating business area performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring all areas requiring additional focus are reflected in the game plans of your Team Leaders. You will also be responsible for meeting with Team Leaders as required to make intra-day adjustments to game plans where required based on performance throughout the day.
