Nisbets Group, a leading company in the industry, is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their team in Avonmouth on a fixed-term contract. This part-time role offers flexibility with core hours between 8:30am and 5:15pm, with the possibility of adjusting days and hours per day.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR administration, enabling them to understand key responsibilities:

  • Maintain the HR general query inbox and respond to daily colleague and manager inquiries.
  • Update HR and Dayforce systems as required with new employee information and changes.
  • Assist the HR team with ad hoc projects, including system-related tasks or other duties.
  • Manage colleague training records.
  • Take notes during employee relations meetings.
  • Conduct report writing, auditing, and testing.

In addition to administrative expertise, the successful applicant must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

The salary for this position is approximately £25,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include:
