We are seeking a Pupil Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at a Secondary School in Newcastle, providing support to children aged 11-16.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop their career in Education and gain experience working with children with complex needs.

As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored support to pupils, promoting positive behaviour and academic achievement.

You will have experience working with small groups of children and be able to adapt your approach to meet the individual needs of each pupil.

Requirements
  1. A minimum of £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  2. Experience supporting children with MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulty) and challenging behaviour
