We have an exciting opportunity for a behaviour intervention specialist to join our team at a Secondary School in Newcastle. As a behaviour intervention specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting children with challenging behaviour.

About the Opportunity

You will work closely with teachers, other support staff, and parents/carers to develop and implement strategies to improve behaviour and attendance. The role requires a calm and nurturing personality, as well as proven experience in managing challenging behaviour.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behaviour management strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, other support staff, and parents/carers.
  • Monitor and review progress, making adjustments as needed.
