Overview of the Job

As a Challenging Behaviour Specialist with Protocol Education, you will play a critical role in supporting students with challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to students with challenging behaviour.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student behaviour.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to ensure effective support for students with challenging behaviour.
  • Analyse behaviour data to inform support strategies.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and training in behaviour support or a related field.
  • Valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Salary Range: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
