We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Child and Family Liaison Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with students, families and stakeholders to promote positive outcomes and provide guidance and support to students with SEMH and challenging behaviours.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with children and young people, ideally in a school setting. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with students, families and stakeholders to promote positive outcomes.
  • Providing guidance and support to students with SEMH and challenging behaviours.
  • Working closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with complex needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification or experience of working with children and young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
