About the Role

As a Family Liaison Officer, you will work closely with students and families to identify and address any issues that may be impacting their ability to attend school regularly.

Key Requirements:
  • You will have experience of working with children and young people, particularly those with additional needs.
  • You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to build effective relationships with students, families and colleagues.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience. In addition to this, you will benefit from access to over 50 CPD courses, used to help further your understanding and progress within your career. We also offer flexibility in terms of working hours, whether full or part time.
