Vision for Education - Newcastle is looking for a Behaviour Intervention Assistant to join our team and help make a positive impact on the lives of 11-16 year olds with SEND and challenging behaviours.

You will be working in a small class sized setting, supporting pupils with SEMH issues and helping them develop strategies to succeed in mainstream school.

The ideal candidate will have a sports background, coaching, youth work, or support work experience and be passionate about the progress of SEND secondary school pupils.

We offer excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system, plus the opportunity to benefit from social and networking events, pension contributions, and CPD to help with your professional development.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 per annum, based on experience and location.
