About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Team Lead to oversee daily operations of Internal Suspension, promoting high conduct standards and managing challenging behaviour.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a Behaviour Support team to ensure effective support for students with challenging behaviour.
  • Facilitate access to the National Curriculum for students on long-term relocation.
  • Analyse behaviour data to inform support strategies.
  • Offer support to staff dealing with challenging behaviour.
  • Organize an “on-call” rotation for picking up students from lessons as needed.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and training.
  • Valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Protocol Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
