About the Job

This is a full-time position that involves working with individuals from diverse backgrounds to provide guidance, advice, and support. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing guidance, advice, and support to individuals from diverse backgrounds;
  • Working with vulnerable adults and children to promote their welfare and well-being;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity and inclusion in the community;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults and children;
  • Knowledge of child care legislation and policies;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Strong organizational skills.
