Job Summary

CAPITAL ON TAP is seeking a seasoned People Operations Manager to lead our HR function. This role requires a strong background in people operations, with experience in HRIS management, people analytics, benefits management, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • HRIS Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our HRIS system, including data quality, reporting, and automation.
  • People Analytics: Develop and implement a people analytics strategy to drive business outcomes and improve employee experiences.
  • Benefits Management: Design and implement competitive benefits packages that meet the needs of our employees.
  • People Policies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and communicate effective people policies.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes that support individual and team growth.
  • Engagement Surveys: Lead the development and implementation of engagement surveys to measure and improve employee satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience in People Operations: A minimum of 5 years' experience in People Operations, with a focus on HRIS management, people analytics, benefits management, and performance management.
  • Analytical with a People Focus: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong Communication & Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organisation.
What We Offer
  • Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
