Penguin Recruitment is seeking an Environmental Scientist to work with our clients in the UK. This role will involve conducting protected species surveys and ecological report writing.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of biodiversity and ecological principles, as well as excellent communication skills.

Job Description:
  • Conduct protected species surveys including Bat, GCN and Bird
  • Ecological report writing including PEAs and PRAs
  • Data collection and analysis
Requirements:
  • A relevant degree in a related field (e.g. ecology, conservation biology)
  • Experience of working within an environmental consultancy
  • Knowledge of Biodiversity Net Gain
Salary and Benefits:
  • £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
  • Hybrid setup and flexible working hours
  • Access to healthcare scheme
