**About the Role**:
**Key Aspects of the role**
- Accelerate the progress of our growing team by tracking key performance indicators.
- Lead communications to the team on behalf of the area director

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Required**:

- Work with the project management area of the business to identify, monitor and improve the key performance indicators.
- Facilitating and organising the meeting cadence.
- An expert planner & able to drive the team to ensure on time task completion
- Close working with Senior & Director Management functions.

**Required Education & Experience**:
**Required**:

- An excellent communicator, able to work with multiple personalities, in individual & group situations. Delivering the critical message with verbal and written methods
- Ability to assess & summarise issues to help develop next actions for yourself and others.

**Desired**:
**System or Knowledge**:

- Familiarity or awareness of engineering or product lifecycle is desirable

- Ensures Environmental Health & Safety policy is always adhered to.

- Head Office at Birmingham Business Park
- 0900 to 1700, excluding 30minutes break, 5 days a week.
