As a PMO associate, you'll have the chance to work on exciting projects, such as incorporating AI technology into our day-to-day workflows and analysing customer data to understand how we can improve. You'll also get to deep dive into our processes, identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with the team to make meaningful changes. While this is not a full-time position, we'll allocate up to 80% of your time to focus on special projects.

**Responsibilities**:
**What you will do**:

- Evaluate existing processes to understand how they are currently functioning and identify areas for improvement. This may involve doing the necessary work and investigation to understand gaps in processes.
- Trial and provide feedback on new processes, features and technology
- Assist with designing and implementing new processes, which may involve creating process flows, identifying necessary tools, gaps in technology and working with other teams to implement changes.
- Support team members on new processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of processes and feedback, ensuring that all deadlines are met and necessary documentation and information fully up to date

**What you need**:

- Good knowledge of our internal processes and tools
- Strong analytical, oral communication, and technical writing abilities
- Tech-savvy, proficient in using G suite
- Continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to analyse and dig in to data to understand the why
- GDS knowledge is a plus

**How we work**:
