**About the Role**:
Provide transactional support across the UK finance group.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Processing AP invoices and payments
- Assisting with AR and Sales Order processing
- Reconciling AP/AR and customer accounts.
- Customer payments and related management of goods dispatch
- Dealing with AP queries
- Processing and reconciliation of monthly expense claims
- Assisting with reconciling balance sheet accounts

Safety & Environmental
- Ensures Environmental Health & Safety policy is always adhered to.
- Promotes Environmental Health & Safety awareness.
- Responsible for adhering to EHS procedures & policies to ensure compliance.

**Required Education & Experience**:
Preferable: AAT, either completed or working towards

Worked for a similar sized business in a similar role, with bookkeeping knowledge.

System or Knowledge
- Knowledge of Xero and SAP B1 advantageous
- Solid IT skills and proficiency in Excel

- Good technical and practical experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated, creative and adaptive team player

Other Features of job
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- This role is a hybrid role, with our Head Office at Birmingham Business Park, 0900 to 1700, including 30-minute break, 5 days a week.
- Travel occasionally
