The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our solicitors, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong organizational skills.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  1. Document Preparation: Prepare, format, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to firm standards.
  2. Calendar Management: Manage attorney calendars by scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates, ensuring optimal time management.
  3. Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and maintaining strong client relationships.
  4. File Organization: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring all documents are correctly filed and readily accessible.
  5. Research Support: Conduct basic legal research and gather information needed for cases, supporting attorneys in case preparation.
  6. Accounting Support: Assist in the preparation of client invoices and track billable hours for attorneys.

**Salary:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
