We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Legal Secretary to join our team at Robinson Talent Partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to both clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Document Management: Prepare, format, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to firm standards.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage attorney calendars by scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates, ensuring optimal time management.
- Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Filing and Record Keeping: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring all documents are correctly filed and readily accessible.
- Research Assistance: Conduct basic legal research and gather information needed for cases, supporting attorneys in case preparation.
- Billing Support: Assist in the preparation of client invoices and track billable hours for attorneys.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Minimum Requirements- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within a law firm.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, documents, and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and legal management software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
