Job Title: Maintenance Planning Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Planning Coordinator to join our team at Project Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the maintenance planning team in administering a detailed maintenance program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input and export information from SAP as required.
  • Generate information for daily safety briefings as per instruction.
  • Collate H&S KPI's to be reviewed by the team.
  • Adhere to all site safety regulations.
  • Contribute as a member of the maintenance planning team to administer plant maintenance strategies.
  • Support the planning engineers with the operation and maintenance of both SAP and Checkproof.
  • Prepare both KPI and meeting information for the maintenance team in the form of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain and organize all maintenance information systems, including the library and plant register.
  • Administer information for the maintenance team to enable good decision making.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Checkproof.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
