We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting and Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Cornwallis Elt Ltd in Walsall. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and reconciling all aspects of assigned supplier accounts, including supplier account management, query resolution monitoring, and supplier reconciliation.

About the Role

This key position will involve managing emails, correspondences, and queries, as well as supplier account setups. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 6-12 months experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to efficiently produce accurate and relevant information.
  • Adaptability to working both independently and as part of a team environment.
  • Meeting deadlines on time and working well under pressure.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.

Please note that the estimated salary for this role is £26,000 base.
