About the Role:

We are looking for an exceptional Admissions Administration Assistant to join our team at Queen Mary's Grammar School, Walsall. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to ensure the seamless execution of entrance examinations and year 7 admissions. You will also work closely with the Admissions Officer and Marketing and Outreach department to coordinate school events, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes student success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support for entrance examinations and year 7 admissions
  2. Collaborate with the Admissions Officer and Marketing and Outreach department to coordinate school events
  3. Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and staff
