This includes managing the shared fleet mailbox, facilitating enquiries, transfers, and off-hire requests, as well as managing the processing of charges in our invoicing system.

Fleet Management Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy of fleet-related records, including vehicle registration, insurance, maintenance logs, and service history.
  • Manage the Motor Insurance Database (MID) to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the DART and TFL accounts.
  • Compile and submit monthly commercial van fuel spending reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for vehicle maintenance bookings.
  • Manage the fuel card register, issuing new cards and removing those no longer needed.

Job Specifications:

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Able to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a Hire, Transport or Fleet management environment.
  • Commercial awareness.

The salary for this role is approximately £50,000-£70,000 per annum based on experience.
