**Job Summary**

As a Team Manager at DX, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team on shift. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all aspects of the operation are completed in a customer-focused, secure, and cost-effective manner. This will involve implementing and maintaining our 5Cs: Customer, Cost and Productivity, Cash, Colleagues, and Core.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Utilize company systems to create and update deliveries, as well as locate, track, and trace items.
  • Communicate effectively with all relevant departments and build strong relationships with the customer call center.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Promote and encourage a 'can-do' attitude and approach with the team.
  • Conduct daily communication with Lifestyle Couriers, setting customer standards and expectations, and providing feedback on signature rates, FTSA, FTSD, and relevant customer KPIs.
  • Provide full briefings to the team and couriers on new customers or customers at risk.
  • Collaborate with the C&D Manager to ensure compliance and performance are monitored.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews, improve multi-skill training, and enhance productivity.
  • Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with our Standard Operations Processes.
  • Monitor and achieve KPIs through effective control, monitoring, and review.
  • Implement and maintain Health and Safety and Security Policies.
  • Adhere to a strict security policy throughout the Service Centre.
  • Perform any other duties reasonably requested by a Senior Manager.

**Essential Criteria for this Role**

  • Previous experience in the mail or distribution industry.
